Exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (adults and pediatric >= 4 years) Initial 500 lipase units/kg/meal orally; titrate up to 2,500 lipase units/kg/meal or 10,000 lipase units/kg/day; administer half-dose with each snack.

Most common (>=4%) Vomiting, dizziness, cough, hyperglycemia, hypoglycemia, abdominal pain, abnormal feces, flatulence, frequent bowel movements, nasopharyngitis, irritability, decreased appetite.
