Exocrine pancreatic insufficiency, adults and pediatric >= 4 years 500 lipase units/kg/meal orally, titrated up to 2,500 units/kg/meal or 10,000 units/kg/day; do not exceed 4,000 units/g fat/day.

Pancrelipase is a porcine-derived pancreatic enzyme product containing lipases, proteases, and amylases that catalyze hydrolysis of fats, proteins, and starches in the duodenum and proximal small intestine, replacing digestive enzymes deficient in exocrine pancreatic insufficiency.
