Dosing
Febrile Neutropenia 6 mg SC injection once per chemotherapy cycle; do not administer between 14 days before and 24 hours after cytotoxic chemotherapy; weight-based dosing for pediatric patients weighing less than 45 kg.
Febrile Neutropenia 13.2 mg SC injection once per chemotherapy cycle, administered approximately 24 hours after cytotoxic chemotherapy; do not administer within the period from 14 days before to 24 hours after cytotoxic chemotherapy.
Contraindications
- History of serious allergic reactions to pegfilgrastim products or filgrastim products, including anaphylaxis

Pharmacology
Pegfilgrastim-apgf is a PEGylated recombinant human G-CSF that binds specific cell surface receptors on hematopoietic cells, stimulating proliferation, differentiation, commitment, and end cell functional activation.
G-CSF analog; eflapegrastim-xnst is a recombinant human granulocyte growth factor that binds to G-CSF receptors on myeloid progenitor cells and neutrophils, triggering signaling pathways that control cell differentiation, proliferation, migration, and survival.
