Emgality is a medication that can be self-administered once a month by injecting it subcutaneously under the skin. It is used for migraine prevention in adults and can also be used to treat cluster headaches during a cluster headache period. The most frequently reported side effect is injection site reactions. Additionally, there are no known drug interactions with Emgality.
