Dosing

Contraindications

- Known anaphylactic reaction, angioedema, or hypersensitivity to IMVEXXY
- Hepatic impairment or disease
- Protein C, protein S, or antithrombin deficiency, or other known thrombophilic disorders
- Undiagnosed abnormal genital bleeding
- Estrogen-dependent neoplasia
- Active DVT, PE, or history of these conditions
- Active arterial thromboembolic disease (e.g., stroke, MI) or history of these conditions
- Hypersensitivity (e.g., angioedema, urticaria, rash, pruritus) to ospemifene or any ingredient
- Pregnancy or potential pregnancy
