  • Undiagnosed abnormal genital bleeding
  • Estrogen-dependent neoplasia
  • Active DVT, PE, or history of these conditions
  • Active arterial thromboembolic disease (e.g., stroke, MI) or history of these conditions
  • Hypersensitivity (e.g., angioedema, urticaria, rash, pruritus) to ospemifene or any ingredient
  • Pregnancy or potential pregnancy
