Dosing
Psoriasis vulgaris 100 mg SC at Weeks 0, 4, and every 12 weeks thereafter.

Halobetasol propionate is a super-high potency topical corticosteroid that plays a role in cellular signaling, immune function, inflammation, and protein regulation; the precise mechanism of action in plaque psoriasis is unknown.
