Dosing
Psoriasis vulgaris Apply to affected areas once daily for up to 8 weeks; do not use more than 100 g per week; discontinue when control is achieved.
Seborrheic dermatitis, Psoriasis vulgaris Apply a thin layer once daily to affected areas of body and/or scalp when not wet; rub in completely; for topical use only, not for ophthalmic, oral, or intravaginal use.

Pharmacology
WYNZORA Cream combines calcipotriene, a synthetic vitamin D3 analog, and betamethasone dipropionate, a synthetic corticosteroid; the exact mechanisms of their actions in plaque psoriasis are unknown.
PDE4 inhibitor; roflumilast and its active N-oxide metabolite inhibit PDE4, a major cyclic AMP-metabolizing enzyme, leading to accumulation of intracellular cyclic AMP; the specific mechanism(s) by which roflumilast exerts its therapeutic action is not well defined.
