Usage: Xolair treats moderate-to-severe persistent asthma (ages 6+) with perennial allergen sensitivity, chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (adults 18+), IgE-mediated food allergy (ages 1+) to reduce accidental exposure reactions, and chronic spontaneous urticaria (ages 12+) uncontrolled by antihistamines.
