Usage: Leucovorin calcium is indicated for rescue after high-dose methotrexate therapy in osteosarcoma, to reduce toxicity from methotrexate overdosage, treat megaloblastic anemia due to folic acid deficiency, and as an adjunct with 5-fluorouracil in palliative treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.
