The Adempas Co-pay Assistance Program offers significant benefits for patients using the drug Adempas. This program provides up to 100% coverage of co-pays or coinsurance for patients who qualify, ensuring that financial hurdles are minimized. The Adempas Co-pay Assistance Program is specifically designed for patients with private commercial insurance and makes accessing Adempas through accredited pharmacies easier. However, Medicare or Medicaid patients are not eligible. With the Adempas Co-pay Assistance Program, patients gain crucial support for managing their treatment costs.

Program Details

•Up to 100% coverage of copays or coinsurance paid directly to the insurer

•Patients must have private commercial insurance with a percentage coinsurance or copay requirement

•Accredo Specialty Pharmacy & CVS Specialty Pharmacy are the only specialty pharmacies where Adempas can be purchased

•Patient and physician must both be enrolled in ADEMPAS REMS program

•All patients must sign and date the ADEMPAS Prescription Form

•Patients will be assessed for all available programs. Eligible patients will be automatically enrolled in the Adempas Copay Program

•Assistance is for one year, after which, patients must reapply

•For any Bayer products, if the Rx is written for a 90 DS and there is 90 DS payer coverage, the CAP program for Bayer drugs will cover a 90 DS
