The Aveed Copay Assistance Program is designed to help eligible patients reduce their out-of-pocket costs for the drug Aveed. With this program, eligible patients with commercial insurance may pay as little as $0 for Aveed, and cash-paying patients are also supported. The program ensures that patients can afford their prescribed Aveed treatment, offering up to $300 in savings per injection to minimize financial burden.

Program Details

•There is no copay portal for Specialty Pharmacies. If patient consents and is eligible, pharmacies can apply CAP and adjudicate; program will then validate claim

•Eligible patients with commercial insurance plans may pay $0 copay for Aveed

•Program can cover up to $300 of patient's outofpocket costs for each injection of Aveed

•Eligible cashpaying patients may also enroll in the program to assist with the costs associated with the administration of Aveed

•Maximum saving limit applies; patient outofpocket expense may vary on a monthly, quarterly, and/or annual basis depending on each individual patient’s plan of insurance and other prescription drug costs

•Pharmacy will follow up with program for processing details
