•Eligible commercially insured patients may pay as little as $30; up to a $300 savings per prescription copay

•Valid for up to 12 prescription fills per calendar year, up to a maximum benefit of $6000 per year for Enstilar

•Patients can print card for immediate use following online enrollment and eligibility questions

•Patients can store their LEO® Copay Savings Card on their mobile phone and receive helpful reminders through the LEO® Mobile Program; Patients can text keyword "Enroll" to 77079 to see if they qualify
