Program Details
•Program provides eligible new patients with a 28day supply of Gocovri
•No purchase obligation to participate in the program
•Minimum of a 5 businessday insurance verification period is required
•Program only available to patients who are new to treatment and have an onlabel prescription for Gocovri
•Patients who elect to discontinue Gocovri treatment after the Free Trial may be eligible to receive an additional 7day supply of Gocovri at a lower dose.
