•Valid only for residents in the US and Puerto Rico

Program Details

•Program offers free 1month (21day) supply of medication

•Available at 75mg, 100mg or 125mg doses only

•Patients may be eligible for one (1) additional 21day period if a dose adjustment is needed

•Physician must call and request voucher

•Only new IBRANCE patients and patients receiving one dose adjustment within 90 days after initiation of treatment are eligible to use this voucher

•Voucher is not transferable

•An original voucher and a valid prescription must be presented to the pharmacy
