About
The Patient Advocate Foundation Co-Pay Relief Obesity fund provides up to $2,000 per year toward copays, coinsurance, and deductibles for obesity treatment. Eligible patients must have Medicare, Medicaid, or military benefits, household income at or below 500% of the Federal Poverty Guideline, and reside and receive treatment in the US. The fund status is currently Identified (not open) and is transitioning to the PAF and PAN TotalAssist program launching July 1, 2026.
