The CareConnectPSS QuickStart Program: Nexviazyme provides eligible patients with access to Nexviazyme treatment at no cost during insurance authorization reviews or delays. This program ensures that patients new to Sanofi Genzyme's product can start their treatment promptly, with QuickStart doses available in the facility setting. Designed to assist those facing insurance delays, the CareConnectPSS QuickStart Program helps ease patient transitions to commercial products once coverage is secured.

•Valid only for residents in the US and Puerto Rico

Program Details

•Eligible commercially insured patients can receive NEXVIAZYME at no charge while authorization is being reviewed, or in the event of coverage delays or denials. Examples include, but are not limited to:

•Delays in prior insurance authorizations

•Waiting for exceptions and appeal determinations

•Reinitiation of prior insurance authorizations due to transitions to new health insurers

•Eligible patients may receive up to 4 infusions of NEXVIAZYME; in certain circumstances, eligibility may be extended

•HCP must complete application for QuickStart; once coverage has been obtained, the CareConnectPSS QuickStart Program will transition the patient to the referring specialty pharmacy for commercial product
