•Eligible commercially insured patients in the Ocrevus Copay Program may pay as little as $0 copay, maximum benefit of $20,000 in drug assistance per calendar year and up to $1,500 in administration assistance the first calendar year

•Patients can receive up to $1,000 in administration assistance each subsequent calendar year of eligibility

•Patient can enroll online or can call 18446726729 to initiate the process

•Patient will receive copay information immediately upon approval

•Program eligibility is contingent upon the patient's ability to meet and maintain all requirements set forth by the program

•Benefit period ends on 12/31 of each calendar year and will reset January 1st; Patient automatically reenrolled if commercial insurance remains active
