The Tezspire Together Fast Start Program offers an expedited path for patients to begin their treatment with the drug Tezspire. This program is designed especially for those with commercial or private insurance, providing up to twelve doses over 24 months while necessary prior authorization paperwork is being processed. The Tezspire Together Fast Start Program ensures patients receive their medication quickly and efficiently, enhancing their treatment experience.

Program Details

•The TEZSPIRE Together Fast Start Program is available to patients who have been prescribed TEZSPIRE and who have commercial or private insurance

•Program helps eligible commercially insured patients get started on therapy quickly, even before submitting Prior Authorization (PA) paperwork

•If the patient’s health plan does not cover TEZSPIRE or requires a prior authorization, a patient can receive TEZSPIRE free for up to twelve (12) doses within twentyfour (24) months from the date the first dose is shipped under the Fast Start program

•HCP are required to submit a PA within 30 days of first shipment and submit an appeal within 30 days if the PA is rejected, and to sign an attestation letter that they will satisfy these requirements

•HCP must complete the enrollment form and sign the Fast Start Prescription; once benefits verification confirms a PA is required; patients HCP will be contacted to confirm the patient’s injection date and location before shipping a Fast Start dose
