Program Details

•Eligible commercially insured patients pay $5 per fill

•All patients must be enrolled in the Bosentan REMS Program to receive TRACLEER. REMS information/forms are located here: https://www.bosentanremsprogram.com/

•Medication is shipped directly to patient after all applicable forms are completed

•The specialty pharmacy will supply refills as long as the prescriber verifies the continued prescription and the patient complies with the Bosentan REMS Program requirements

•Offer not valid for TRACLEER in CA or MA, or for MA residents (62.5 and 125 mg only)
