The PAF Co-Pay Relief Pulmonary Hypertension program provides up to $4,000 per year in copay assistance for patients with pulmonary hypertension. Semaglutide (Wegovy) may be considered if prescribed off-label for pulmonary hypertension and covered by insurance. Income must be at or below 500% of FPL.
