The Lilly Cares Foundation PAP provides free Trulicity for up to 12 months to qualifying US patients. Eligible: uninsured or Medicare Part D with household income at or below 500% FPL. Not for Medicaid, full LIS, or VA beneficiaries. Medication shipped to home or provider. Annual re-enrollment required. No fees.
