The Turalio Patient Assistance Program provides essential support for patients prescribed Turalio, offering assistance for those who are uninsured, underinsured, or on Medicare, struggling with their out-of-pocket costs for this critical medication. By leveraging the Turalio Patient Assistance Program, patients without insurance coverage and meeting income criteria can obtain the benefits of Turalio. Both patients and their doctors are encouraged to enroll in the program by completing the necessary forms to access the life-changing medication, Turalio, through the Turalio Patient Assistance Program.

Program Details

•Eligible uninsured, underinsured, or Medicare patients who are unable to meet their outofpocket costs may be able to get Turalio

•Medicare Beneficiaries: must not be eligible for or enrolled in Low Income Subsidy (LIS) for Medicare Part D, and must have spent at least 3% of their annual household income on prescription medicines in the current year

•Patient and doctor should complete the Patient Enrollment Form and fax to DSI Access Central at 18334719988 (form does not need to be sent to Biologics for patients eligible for PAP)
