•Eligible commercially insured patients may lower their outofpocket costs to as low as $0

•The Tysabri Administration Copay Program only covers costs associated with the administration of TYSABRI. The assistance provided will not exceed $250 per administration or $3,250 per year

•The Tysabri Administration Copay Program is not offered to patients who are residents of Massachusetts or Rhode Island or receive treatment in Massachusetts or Rhode Island

•Annual cap on the amount of assistance may vary
