•The TYSABRI Drug Copay Program covers only the cost of the drug and does not cover copays related to administration, office visits, or any network penalties levied by patient’s insurance, and is subject to an annual maximum

•The TYSABRI Administration Copay Program only covers costs associated with the administration of TYSABRI. The assistance provided will not exceed $250 per administration or $3,250 per year

•The TYSABRI Administration Copay Program is not offered to patients who are residents of Massachusetts or Rhode Island
