Dosing
Acne Vulgaris Apply a thin film once daily to the skin where acne lesions appear, covering the entire affected area lightly.

Pharmacology
Clindamycin phosphate is a semi-synthetic lincosamide antibiotic that inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by binding to the 50S ribosomal subunit, suppressing Propionibacterium acnes growth.
Benzoyl peroxide is an oxidizing agent with bactericidal and keratolytic effects; tretinoin is a retinoid that binds retinoic acid nuclear receptors (RARalpha, RARbeta, RARgamma), modifying gene expression, protein synthesis, and epithelial cell growth and differentiation, and decreasing cohesiveness of follicular epithelial cells to reduce microcomedo formation.
