Indications

Dosing
Prostate carcinoma Loading dose of 360 mg orally on day 1, then 120 mg orally once daily; tablets swallowed whole, with or without food; if interrupted >7 days, restart with 360 mg loading dose.
Prostate carcinoma 333 MBq (9 mCi) as a single bolus IV injection; initiate imaging approximately 60 minutes after administration; patient should void immediately prior to image acquisition.

Pharmacology
Relugolix is a nonpeptide GnRH receptor antagonist that competitively binds to pituitary GnRH receptors, reducing the release of LH and FSH and consequently suppressing testosterone to castrate levels.
Piflufolastat F-18 is a PSMA-targeted radioligand that binds to PSMA-expressing cells, including malignant prostate cancer cells that typically overexpress PSMA; fluorine-18 is a positron-emitting radionuclide that enables PET imaging.
