Usage: Perjeta is used with trastuzumab and chemotherapy to treat HER2-positive breast cancer in adults. Indicated for metastatic breast cancer without prior anti-HER2 therapy, neoadjuvant treatment of locally advanced or early-stage breast cancer, and adjuvant treatment of early breast cancer at high risk of recurrence.
