•For patients who don’t have insurance, or their insurance does not cover EPIDIOLEX, the Patient Assistance Program (PAP) may be able to help them receive EPIDIOLEX

•HCP must submit completed Epidiolex Engage start form to 8555187566

•Customer service associates are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM ET (excluding holidays)
