The Kisqali/Femara 1 FREE Treatment Cycle program provides an exceptional opportunity for patients to receive a 1-treatment cycle supply of the Kisqali Femara Co-Pack or Kisqali and/or Femara including generic letrozole, all at no charge. This program is designed to assist eligible patients in the US and Puerto Rico by offering a maximum supply of 63 Kisqali tablets and 30 Femara tablets, enhancing access to these vital medications.

•This offer is available for patients with a valid prescription for KISQALI FEMARA CoPack, KISQALI and/or FEMARA (including generic letrozole), including for patients who have not been prescribed KISQALI or another Novartis product

•Also good for letrozole or KISQALI + letrozole

•Redemption for FEMARA does not require a KISQALI prescription; submit claim to OPUS Health using BIN 601341
