The Nuzyra Bridge Program offers significant benefits for patients prescribed Nuzyra who are facing coverage delays with their insurance. This program allows eligible patients to receive support while navigating insurance barriers, ensuring they access their prescribed medication, Nuzyra, promptly and with minimal disruption. By utilizing the Nuzyra Bridge Program, patients can bridge the gap when experiencing insurance verification issues.

Program Requirements

•Valid only for residents in the US and Puerto Rico

•Must be 18 years of age or older

•Enrollment Required: Yes

•Coverage Required: No

•Needs Based: No

•Activation Required: No

Program Details

•Patients experiencing a coverage delay due to their insurance may be eligible for the NUZYRA Bridge Program

•Coverage delays due to the payer/plan implementing a prior authorization (PA), NDC block, or otherwise not confirming coverage within 12 hours of submission of the insurance verification request may qualify

•The NUZYRA Bridge Program is only available at select innetwork specialty pharmacies

•The offer will cover a minimum of 2 tablets and a maximum of 6 tablets

•Commercial patients may be eligible for the offer up to 2 times per calendar year

•Patients that forgo using their Government insurance are eligible for the offer up to 1 time per calendar year
