Program Details

•Eligible commercially insured patients pay $5 per fill

•Female patients are required to enroll in the Opsumit REMS program also (forms can be downloaded at https://www.macitentanrems.com/)

•Medication is shipped directly to patient after all applicable forms are completed

•The specialty pharmacy will supply refills as long as the prescriber verifies the continued prescription and the patient complies with the OPSUMIT REMS Program requirements
