Program Details

•Patients may be able to get an emergency supply of Xpovio at no cost

•Patients may be eligible for the Bridge Program program if there is an unexpected disruption in therapy exceeding 5 business days and it is determined to be medically necessary for the patient to continue therapy without interruption

•Prescriber and patient must complete the enrollment form and fax to 18335891603 ; patients may also be enrolled online at KaryForward.com/HCP
