About
The PAN Foundation Obesity fund, the first PAN copay fund dedicated to obesity, provides up to $1,000 to help eligible patients with out-of-pocket costs for FDA-approved obesity medications, including GLP-1 treatments such as Zepbound. Patients must have insurance that covers the medication, household income at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level, and reside in the US. The fund is in transition to the PAF and PAN TotalAssist program launching July 1, 2026; current open status should be verified before applying.

Note: Medicare Part D does not currently cover antiobesity medications, so this fund primarily serves commercially insured and underinsured patients.
